  1. Brief Introduction

In the view of growing demand and presently, as seen insufficient supply of Solar Home System (SHS), Small Solar Home System(SSHS), Institutional Solar Power System(ISPS) and Solar Photovoltaic Pumping System(SPVPS),Minigrid System at rural and urban areas in Nepal,Life Energy P.Ltd. is established to fulfill the demand of SHS, SSHS, ISPS, SPVPS with better technology in 2017A.D.(2074 B.S). Life Energy P.Ltd.. is a registered company duly registered at Company Registrar Office, Kathmandu, Nepal.. To supply the quality product to the end users, the company is procuring different parts of solar technology from China, India, Bangladesh, and Singapore.

 

Goals/objectives:

            The Main objectives  are as follows:

  • To provide quality products & services to the end users mostly they live in very remote area.
  • To advocate people on using solar home system, small solar home system, institutional solar power systems, solar photovoltaic pumping system.
  • To monitor and follow up twice a year without taking any advantage from the users for SHS, SSHS, ISPS, PVPS and minigrid projects.
  • To contribute towards social responsibility by creating employment opportunity.
  • To maximize customer satisfaction.

Life Energy ,main mission is to participate sincerely on protecting environment,    uplifting the quality of life standard of people, to provide nationwide solar systems, installation and after sale services, etc.

Locations and facilities:

The company has a corporate office at Kathmandu-10,Buddhanagar, Kathmandu with 1300 square feet and store, repair and maintenance section. Moreover, 8 computers,,2 Laptops, 2 printers, 1 telephone lines with fax, photocopy and internet connection facility are used extensively for office operation. All computers are connected to Local Area Network with Window server for information, work and resource sharing.

Board of Directors

  • To prepare vouchers for transactions of the company,
  • To make entries in the system of the company,
  • To maintain books of accounts of entire company,
  • To assist account officer for implementation of accounting policies, internal control system & financial reports.

  • To install solar power systems,
  • To provide technical information and services to end users,
  • To duly fill all the information mentioned in Subsidy Application Forms,

  • To answer visitor inquiries about the company,
  • To direct visitors to appropriate contacts, sort mail, answer incoming calls and
  • To arrange appointments for guests to meet with company staff.

  • To receive the material from the supplier, arrange in a proper manner, record the receipt and issue of material.

  • To provide information about solar power systems, and services to end user, to coordinate after sales.

  1. Financial Support Structures:

The measure sources of finance are Owners Capital, O/D Loan & Line of Credit. The Vendor provides goods in credit. Most of the sales are on cash except subsidies. So, the company can purchase the goods on credit and repayment after sales. The company is increasing its owner’s capital in near future. The company has the policy to convert the retained earning into shareholders equity. The company has fundable and non-fundable 13.5 million credit line and has almost all utilized.

Quality Assurance System of company

Life Energy believes in the Quality of the product and it never compromise to achieve it. For that ,we always uses internationally IEC certified and NEPQA compliance products from RETS and also it has its own well equipped lab and technical team consists of engineers, overseer and technicians consistently work on system to provide best Quality of Services. 

 

  1. Product Quality Assurance in importation and assembly
  • Life Energy’s main products are Solar Home System (SHS), Small Solar Home System, Institutional Solar PV System (ISPS) and Solar Photovoltaic Pumping System (SPVPS). These systems are of the highest quality, available in Nepal, and are internationally IEC 61215 certified and NEPQA compliance from RETS.

  • we uses Volta,Rising, Excide, Sunera,Asian and Kaizen batteries for all types of SHS and ISPS. These batteries are NEPQA  compliance from RETS.

  • We uses automatic solar system charge/load controllers of Sun and Sunix brand. The controller is based upon the principle of Pulse Width and Modulation (PWM). It has both low voltage disconnect and over charge protection features which helps to extend the life of battery. It has LED indicator to show the condition of battery level i.e. load disconnect, charging in progress and battery full charged.
